In November last year, we sat down with Tommy Andersen, founder and managing partner of byFounders, which is part of Molten’s Fund of Funds programme. This is as part of an ongoing series profiling our rich and diverse portfolio of seed fund partners backed by Molten’s Fund of Funds.

Molten launched its Fund of Funds model to bring more capital to the European seed and early-stage ecosystem. Five years on, we see it as part of our role in that ecosystem to ensure that the grassroots are properly served.

Lasse Andresen is the CEO of one of our newest portfolio companies, IndyKite, which has at its heart a mission to build the identity layer for Web 3.0, with products that securely manage human, IoT, and machine identity.

Joining a newly created role in a senior team is often most daunting in startups facing scale.
